I build AI systems that ship. Currently Chief Data Science & AI Officer at Cake by VPBank, Vietnam's largest digital bank, where I manage 15+ people running 100+ models and 150+ voice agents in production.

The work: transforming traditional banking into agentic AI operations. We're building toward unicorn status through digital twins and multi-agent systems that handle real customer money.

Philosophy

What I care about: Systems that work at scale. Code that ships beats papers that don't. Agentic workflows replacing human ops. Causal inference in production, not just notebooks. Building tools that multiply force—like Unix philosophy but for AI systems.
